Sanitary plaster belongs to the latest developments. Its appearance is dictated by increasing quality requirements and useful properties of finishing materials.
Surfaces located near the soil are exposed to the harmful effects of various microorganisms, salts, moisture. Mold, fungi form on the surface, which gradually destroy the base. Sanitary plaster is used to protect various surfaces from the negative effects of physical and biological factors.
Sanitizing plaster is applied to the base in two layers. The first layer contributes to the formation of salts, and the second retains the formed salts. Thus, salt from the base move to the second layer of plaster, without harm to it. The plaster creating the first layer is a separate material, it cannot replace the second layer. The thickness of both layers of rehabilitation plaster is a little more than 4 centimeters.
The first layer of plaster is applied to a cleaned and primed surface. After drying, it takes about 24 hours, depending on the temperature and humidity of the air in the room, and the surface processing with a brush, the second layer is applied.
