There are two ways to attach plastic panels during the repair of the apartment: glue directly to the wall or attach to the crate. The first way can only be used on absolutely even and dry walls, so in the bathroom it is better to use the second option. The first stage will be the creation of a crate — fastening wooden racks on the wall using self -tapping screws. Reiki are located perpendicular to the direction of the plastic profile and should be strictly parallel to each other, it is necessary to constantly check this using a level or plumb line. It is recommended to make no more than 50 cm between the rails.
Then the fasteners of the ceiling skirting board are attached to the crate. Next, you should install one panel after another, pressing them tightly to each other and attaching them to the crate.
For joints between the wall and the ceiling, the wall and the floor, there are special skirting boards that simply “glorify” into the gap. But if the level was not observed during laying panels on the wall, then in some places this skirting board will leave. For walls, floor and ceiling, the technology of fastening plastic panels is the same.
