Almost two years ago, the Khakassia authorities boasted that it would be a route built according to all modern standards: fencing, racks, water intakes, all for drivers to ride more comfortably.
Only here neither equipment, no work, no cars — empty serpentine and around the taiga. The road workers are now rare in these places, and the future route is laid only on the cabinet map. Here are all the settlements through which the road should stretch, mileage to them, as well as readiness by year. At first everything went according to plan: more than 9 kilometers of the highway were laid — through the taiga and rocks.
In general, the Khakassia authorities wanted to pass the road Abakan-Bolshoy Orton-Tashtagol in 2015. But in the end, it is not even half lined with. In 2010, the federal authorities turned the program “Roads of Russia”, and the money for the construction stopped coming.
Now local authorities are trying to explain to Moscow officials that the construction of the road must be resumed. This will be a route of interregional value, important not only for Khakassia but all neighboring regions. The road will reduce the distance between Abakan and Kemerovo by almost a third. Now, to get to the capital of the neighboring region, you need to drive about 700 kilometers.
Residents of taiga villages and villages also hope for the road. Now they have water from a column, several shops and a remote center — such is civilization. Entrepreneurs complain that the revenue is small. There is almost no work in the village, the population lives by harvesting forests. Balyksins go to the center or neighboring areas are extremely rare. It is very inconvenient.
The authorities of the republic tried to break through several times through the doors of Moscow officials, even turned directly to the president. By the way, he gave a positive resolution. But the Ministry of Transport of Russia answered in his own way.
The deputies decided not to stop there, went further and created a working group of representatives of the Siberian Federal District, who for the continuation of construction, especially since the authorities have already managed to invest almost half a billion rubles. To finish the road, you need another 4 billion. The searches of money by the Khakassia authorities promise to continue to lead, in the gray house they believe: to stop halfway-not a state. Now the road is in an abandoned state and this year its construction is unlikely to resume. Road workers suggest that you can hope for this no earlier than 2014.
