The installation of a new door must start with the dismantling of the old door. First you need to remove the platbands and determine what fate awaits the door to the door in the future. There are two options: either the old door is carried into garbage, or it is planned to use it in the future.
Both in the first and in the second option, you need to start by removing the slopes. This must be done with the help of a perforator, however, if there is no one, then you can remove the slopes using a chisel with a hammer. After removing the slopes, we proceed directly to the dismantling.
First of all, you need to remove the door leaf. If the awnings are detachable, then in order to remove the canvas you need to substitute a nail under it and raise until the canopies leave the cloth. In the case when the canopies are not subject to disassembly, you just need to take a screwdriver or a screwdriver and, unscrewing the screws, remove the canvas.
Now again we return to the question of the future fate of the door. If the door goes for the release, then everything is simple. Using a hacksaw, cut one of the vertical racks of the box and, with the help of a nail, just just break the box in parts. We start dismantling from the sawed rack, then dismantle the upper and lower horizontal strips, and only then remove the whole rack. When dismantling the upper part of the box, you must be especially careful, since the possibility of a piece of plaster or insulation is not excluded.
In the case when there are plans on the door in the sense of use, the approach should be slightly different. It is necessary to find places in which the box is attached to the opening, and if the gap between the box and the opening allows, carefully cut out nails if nails are used to fix the box. In that case, the fastening is not possible to cut the fastening, it is necessary, using a chisel with a narrow sting, it is very careful to make a sample around the nail head. Then hook the nail with a nail and slowly pull it out. Under a nail, you must definitely put something in order not to damage the box. If the mount is made using screws, then you just need to twist them.
It remains only to pull the box out of the doorway. Before you start installing a new door, the doorway must be cleaned of the remains of slopes and thermal insulation.
