The first thing that needs to be dismantled when installing is an old window. You need to remove the window frame, tide, window sill. Then prepare the window opening. Then we can install a plastic window. Remove the wings and remove the double -glazed window. We insert a window frame, fix the window block with temporary wedges. We fix the frame with mounting plates or anchor bolts. For fastening to wood, you can use building screws. You can not use nails! You need to strictly observe this rule. Do not forget to remove the protective film immediately after the installation is completed, since the adhesive base can ruin the appearance.
The correctly installed window should perform heat — and soundproof functions, release moisture and air from the room, pass sunlight. Also, with proper installation, the service life of the window structure is significantly increased.
