The installation of air conditioners is best done in pairs, preferably with a person who has experience in installing split systems.
First of all, marking the internal block is applied, for which it is required to choose the optimal place in the room. When this is done, the plate of the inner block is mounted clearly in horizontal, at a distance of about 10 cm from the ceiling and as close as possible to the outer wall. For this purpose, the level is used. After the internal unit is installed on the mounting plate, the edge of the unit is noted, in the place where the track will be withdrawn. From this mark to the wall where the hole is planned, a feature under the slope is calculated, which is calculated as follows: every half a centimeter per meter of length. On this line, the box will be installed for communications of the air conditioning system, consisting of the highway — two copper insulated tubes, an inter -block cable, supplying a cable and drainage. With the help of a drill, a hole with a diameter of 40 mm is drilled in the outer wall.
Installation of the outer unit is carried out near the inner block, usually under the window on the facade wall or on the balcony. For this, special brackets will be used. After installing the outer block of the air conditioner, a through hole for the track is drilled, then it is laid. First of all, the box is installed from the inner block to the finished hole and the laying of two copper heat -insulated tubes (gas and liquid), drainage hose, inter -block cable and supply cable is made. The inner block is hung on the mounting plate, the ends of the route are connected to the block, the pipes are turned off with nuts and tightened with some effort.
Then, to the service port located on the outer block using the manometric station, the vacuum pump is connected and air extraction from the highway. Next, a sealing check is carried out, after which the ports of the external unit of the air conditioner are opened, which launches Freon into the highway. The air conditioner is connected to the nutrition and is ready for use!
